Guide to Deleting User Data
If you would like to request deletion of your account or personal data from I Maps, please follow the guide below.
1. Method 1: Delete Account from the I Maps App
You can delete your account and data directly from the I Maps app by following these steps:
- Log in to the I Maps app
- Go to the "Account" screen
- Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm deletion of your entire account and data in the popup
- Tap "Delete"

- Login information
- Phone numbers
- Your avatar uploaded
- Your reviews and ratings
- Photos you uploaded
2. Method 2: Submit a Direct Request
You can also submit a data deletion request by contacting our support team via Facebook, hotline, or our public contact page.

3. Information to Provide
- Full name or registered account username
- Phone number or contact information used for the account
- Clear description of your request to delete account or data
- Additional information to help us verify your identity if needed
4. Processing Time
Upon receipt of a valid request, we will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may be retained for a longer period if required by law or to address complaints, auditing, or fraud prevention.
